1)    FILL OUT FORM AND CHECK THE BOX - Print out a Lakeside Plugged-In form by clicking on this link Plug In Form or pick up a form at the information booth in the church foyer. Check the box indicating which ministry or ministries you are interested in

2)    DROP IT OFF - Drop the Plugged-In form into the offering plate or just stop by the church office to drop it off.

3)    GET STARTED - Someone will then contact you and help you to get started right away.
